CHICAGO – Amsted Digital Solutions, a global leader in freight rail onboard telematics solutions, has divested its rail transportation management system (TMS) assets, including the GeoMetrix Rail Logistics platform, to Valstone, a company focused on growing and enhancing software solutions for industrial customers.
